About This Committee

We Coordinate write-ups on safety issues. Work with management representatives to ensure Flight Attendants safety in the workplace. We have an interest in improving the health and safety of the Flight Attendants and the aircraft, as well as our passengers. 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

~Act as an advisory role on safety matters
~Study local air safety, and health problems and prepare recommendations
~Review materials, handle correspondence and keep the Local members well informed of current safety developments through local Council newsletters, reports at local meetings or electronic communications
~Attend management debriefings when safety related issues are discussed
