About This Committee

We consist of members who are capable of helping Flight Attendants understand their pay reports. Works with the Flight Attendants and management to resolve pay disputes.  

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

~Verify the accuracy of Flight Attendants pay-sheet 
~Addressing payroll issues raised by Flight Attendants to the LEC Officers
~Collect feedback from Flight Attendants whether they are paid correctly, on time, and in accordance with the Contract and Company polices. 
~Collaborate with the Grievance Chair to address any pay-related issues 
~Provide Flight Attendants with guidance on the payroll-related sections of the Contract
~Offer direct support to newly hired Flight Attendants
